Easy peasy! Head to https://europebydesigners.com/, pick your tour (like our London Soho Style Quest), and fill out the booking form. You’ll need to pay in full to lock in your spot, but for VIP tours over $2,000, we can do a 50% deposit with the rest due 30 days before. We’ll send a confirmation email with all the deets—meeting point, guide, and itinerary.
Your tour price covers the guide, listed activities (like meeting a designer or hitting a vintage market), and any entry fees for stuff like exhibitions. It doesn’t cover your travel to the tour’s starting city (e.g., flights to Paris), personal shopping splurges, or meals unless we say so in the itinerary.
Yup, but timing matters:
Cancel 30+ days before: Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
Cancel 15–30 days before: 50% refund, minus that 5% fee.
Less than 15 days: No refunds, as we’ve locked in guides and venues.

Super rare, but if we have to cancel (like bad weather in Barcelona or a designer bailing), you’ll get a full refund or the option to reschedule to another tour, like swapping a Milan Brera tour for a Vienna Neubau one. We’ll keep you posted via email or phone.
